Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Dreamscape VPN services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dreamscape VPN ("Dreamscape," "we," "us," or "our").
Service description
Dreamscape provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and route traffic through secure servers. Our Services include desktop and mobile applications, browser extensions (when available), and related support services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use Dreamscape to:
- Engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of malware
- Transmit spam, phishing content, or unsolicited communications
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Resell or redistribute our Services without written authorization
- Circumvent usage limits or abuse server resources
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dreamscape.vpn if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each subscription covers up to 6 simultaneous device connections unless otherwise specified in your plan.
Billing & subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or biennial basis depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on all plans. To request a refund, contact support@dreamscape.vpn within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or accounts terminated for Terms violations.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Dreamscape are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, network conditions and factors beyond our control may affect connectivity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamscape from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zug, Switzerland, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
